I am currently working on three projects:
Occasionally, I gave lectures on Machine Learning. I also supervised students on the course material, assignments, and projects. I also created and graded assignments.
As a data science associate consultant, I mainly researched, designed and developed advanced algorithms to solve problems in a computationally efficient and statistically effective manner to give actionable insights to the client. During my three year tenure at ZS, I worked on various projects which involved using programming languages like Python, R and SQL and algorithms ranging from different types of GLMs to advanced algorithms including neural network, CNN, RNN, and gradient boosting among many others. At ZS, I also created R packages and web applications which helped in bringing new clients and reduced the time required for existing projects.
I created video tutorials for Data Analytics using R covering topics primarily on data loading and processing.
I worked as a summer research intern at TRDDC to build a metrics analytics platform for IT Service Management. I developed a data simulator in MATLAB to generate 72 metrics of 5 processes under IT Service Management. Integrating system dynamics with factor analysis and the sensitivity of system variables, I built a decision support system for IT Service Management which helped to improve operational utilization of resources.
Some of the things I love working on.
To me, Machine Learning is more than a function call to scikit-learn. I am equally fascinated with both the theory and its implementation.
I love converting knowledge and insights from structured and unstructured data into a story.
Making a beautiful and compelling visualization, presentation and dashboard are some of my favorite skills.
I love to code in Python, R, MATLAB, SQL, C++ and learning new things and languages daily.
